Designed by Ken Shuttleworth of MAKE Architects, it will contain 135 flats, 111,500 square feet 10,359 m2 of offices, shops, a hotel and a skyline restaurant. It is the final phase of The Mailbox development by the Birmingham Development Company BDC , set to be completed in late 2010, despite BDC falling into administration in March 2010. It is being constructed by BuildAbility Ltd., the subsidiary construction company of BDC, established especially for the construction of The Cube.
