In front is the parking garage, with a terrace on top that goes all the way to the back high rise. The apartments are in the high rise in back. I got busted for taking photos just after taking this one, as this area contains residences for local party officials. A security guy in green uniform, with pistol, and radio ear piece politely had me delete one photo. Even though the sensitive area was behind me, it is not allowed to take any photos on this section of Kangping Lu.
